HID: HID allowed to extend the submission of financial statements

On November 26, 2016, the State Securities Commission approved Ha Long Investment & Consulting Joint Stock Company (Stock code: HID) to extend the submission date of the financial statements of HID.

- The Company must release the quarterly financial statements and reviewed quarterly financial statements within 30 days from the ending date of quarter, but no more than 05 days from the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.

- The Company must announce its audited annual financial statements within 100 days from the ending date of fiscal year, but no more than 10 days from the day when the audit firm signs the audited financial statements.
