HBC: Board resolution on private placement

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation announced Board Resolution No.08 dated July 15, 2016 as follows:

Article 1: Approving to issue shares to strategic partners via private placement:

-        Stock: Stock of Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation

-        Stock type: common share

-        Par value: VND10,000/share

-        Expected issue volume: 20,000,000 shares

-        Issue price: VND23,500/share

Article 2: Approving to register to deposit and list 20,000,000 additional shares at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).

Article 3: Approving to amend the Company’s Charter regarding the increase of capital after the private placement.
