GTT: Notice of delisting shares on HOSE On February 26, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.177/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Tay Bac Minerals Investment Joint Stock Company (GTT):
- Number of shares delisted : 43,503,000 shares
- Value of shares delisted : VND435,030,000,000
- The stock GTT is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.180/QD-SGDHCM dated April 28, 2016.
- Reason: The total accumulated losses exceeded the paid-in charter capital in the audited financial statements prior to the time of consideration (the undistributed after-tax profit (Accumulated losses) on 12/31/2015 of -621.52 billion dongs exceeded the paid-in charter capital by 435.03 billion dongs), in the case of delisted securities under Point dd, Clause 1, Article 60 of Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated 07/20/2012.
