GMD: Board resolution on loan guarantee

On April 03, 2017, the Board of Directors of Gemadept Corporation approved the following issues:

1. I.       Approving the loan guarantee for Nam Dinh Vu Port Joint Stock Company at Vietnam International Bank (VIB):
2. Guarantor: Gemadept Corporation
3. Bank: Vietnam International Bank
4. Guaranteed: Nam Dinh Vu Port Joint Stock Company
5. Amount: 660 billion dongs
6. Purpose: to guarantee the loan of Nam Dinh Vu Port Joint Stock Company at VIB – Sai Gon Branch to invest in Nam Dinh Vu Port Project at Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Zone.

   2. Huu Nghi Shipping Enterprise
   3. Bien Sang Logistics Co., Ltd.
   4. Gemadept Nhon Hoi International Port JSC
