TVAM Growth Fund announces Resolution No.01/2017/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated April 22, 2017 as follows:

1. Approval of report on the Executive Board activities in 2016.
2. Approval of report from BIDV Supervisory Bank.
3. Approval of the audited financial statements in 2016.
4. Approval of profit distribution plan in 2016.

-          TVGF fund does not distribute the profit to investors.

1. Approval of the selection of Vietnam Ernst & Young Co., Ltd. to audit financial statements in 2017.
2. Approval of remuneration payment to the Board of Fund Representative in 2017 is 60,000,000 million dongs.

Approval of dividend payment of 10% to investors.
