TVAM Growth Fund announces the change of personnel as follows:

-          Ms. Dinh Thi Hoa resigned as Member of the Board of Directors, effective from February 22, 2017.

-          Mr. Le Quang Tien was elected to replace Ms. Dinh Thi Hoa as Member of the Board of Directors, effective from February 22, 2017. The additional election will be submitted to the next general meeting of shareholders.
