On June 29, 2017, HOSE issued a decision to allow FPT Corporation (securities code: FPT) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 461,723,054 shares

-        Additional volume: 69,238,051 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND 692,380,510,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 530,961,105 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND 5,309,611,050,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: July 03, 2017

-        Reason of change: to pay dividends for 2016.
