FPT: Board Resolution

FPT Corporation announced Board Resolution dated July 25, 2016 as follows:

1)    The BOD approved to increase charter capital of FPT Software Co., Ltd from VND700 billion to VND1,000 billion.

2)    The Board of Directors approved to pay for the first phase of 2016 dividend in cash:

-     Record date:  August 23, 2016

-          Payment date: September 07, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

3)    The Board of Directors approved to elect Mr. Bui Quang Ngoc the BOD Chairman concurrently as CEO.
