FLC: Resolution on the distribution of unsold shares

FLC Group Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated August 18, 2016 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved the list of investors for the unsold shares in the public offering, including: Nguyen Thuy Trang, Ho Thi Hien, Tran Van Toan, Nguyen Thi Hien, Nguyen Thi Phu, Tran Thi Mai Anh, Dam Quang Cuong, Nguyen Quang Trung.

2)    The Board of Directors approved the distribution of unsold shares as follows:

-          Number of distributed shares: 156,039,261 shares

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          Payment time: by 11:00, August 19, 2016

-          These shares will be restricted within 01 year from the issue date.
