FLC: Notice of change of personnel

Accroding to the Resolution No.0/2017/NQ.HĐQT dated March 10, 2017. BOSDs of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved the change of personnel as follows:

-          BODs approved the resignation of Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung as CEO as from March 09, 2017.

-          BODs approved the resignation of Mr. Le Thanh Vinh as Deputy Chairman of BOD as from March 09, 2017.

-          BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Le Thanh Vinh – member of BODs as CEO as from March 09, 2017. 

-          BODs approved the appointment of Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung as Deputy Chairwoman of BOD as from March 09, 2017.
