FIT: FIT approved to delay the submission of financial statements

On January 04, 2017, the State Securities Commission approved F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company (FIT) to delay the submission date of the financial statements of FIT.

-  The Company was approved to release the quarterly financial statements and reviewed quarterly financial statements within 30 days from the last date of quarter, but no more than 05 days from the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.

-  The Company was approved to announce its reviewed semi-annual financial statements within 60 days from the last date of the first six months of fiscal year but no more than 05 days from the day when the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.

- The Company was approved to announce its audited annual financial statements within 100 days from the last date of fiscal year, but no more than 10 days from the day when the audit firm signs the audited financial statements.
