FCN: Board resolution on the establishment of new company

According to the board resolution dated December 15, 2015, the Board of Directors of Fecon Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction JSC approved to contribute capital to establish a new company as follows:

-          The proposed name of new company: FECON Smart Agriculture Joint Stock Company (*)

-          Charter capital: VND20,000,000,000.

-          Capital amount contributed by Fecon Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction JSC: VND10,200,000,000, or 1,020,000 shares, accounting for 51% charter capital.

-          Time of establishment: in 2015.
