Based on Resolution No.0305/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated May 03, 2017, BODs of FECON Mining Joint Stock Company approved to pay second cash dividends for 2016as follows:

-          Record date: May 19, 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (500dongs/share)

-          Payment date: July 04, 2017

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at FECON Mining Joint Stock Company.
