-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (1 Share – 1 voting right)

-          Meeting date:  At 8:00 AM on Friday, April 29, 2016

-          Meeting venue: At Gem Center – 08 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCM City.
