DXV: Notice of Vicem’s representatives in DXV

Notice of the representatives of Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation (VICEM) in Vicem Hai Van Cement JSC and Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem JSC as follows:

-          Mr. Dinh Ngoc Chau, Chief Accountant of Vicem Hai Van Cement JSC, replaced Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy as Chief Accountant of Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem JSC. 

-          Mr. Dinh Ngoc Chau directly manages the State-owned capital, worth 8,717,000,000 dongs, or 8.81% stake of Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem JSC. Besides, Mr. Chau will be assigned to the Board of Directors of Da Nang Construction Building Materials Vicem JSC.
