DXG: Board resolution on private placement of bonds

Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Construction Corporation announces Board Resolution No.06 dated March 13, 2017 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved to issue bonds via private placement:

-          Bond type: non-convertible secured bond

-          Number of issue bonds: 400 bonds

-          Value of issue bonds: 400 billion dongs

-          Term: 36 months

-          Par value: 1,000,000,000 dongs/bond

-          Issue price: 100% par value

-          Consulting firm: ASIA - Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company

2. The Board of Directors approved to get a loan from VPBank with a credit limit of VND500 billion for a term of 03 years.
