DPM: Notice of the Result of ESOP

According to the Board resolution dated February 26, 2016, the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation approved the result of ESOP as follows:

Article 1: Result of ESOP:

-        Number of shares registered for issue: 11,400,000 shares

-        Number of distributed shares: 11,400,000 shares

-        Total number of current shares: 391,400,000 shares

-        Issue price: VND10,000/share

-        Number of distributed employees: 1,162 people

-        Total value of issued shares: VND114,000,000,000.

-        Charter capital before ESOP: VND3,800,000,000,000.

-        Charter capital after ESOP: VND3,914,000,000,000.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved the amendment to the Company’s Charter regarding the charter capital from VND3,800,000,000,000 to VND3,914,000,000,000.

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved to register to deposit and list additional shares in the Vietenam Securities Depository and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
