DPM: Change of personnel

Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation announced personnel change as follows:

-          Mr. Louis T Nguyen was appointed as a member of the BOD in the term 2013-2018.

-          Approving the resignation of Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao as a member of the BOS.

-          Mr. Huynh Kim Nhan was appointed as a member of the BOS cum Head of the BOS in the term 2013-2018.

-          Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao was appointed as Deputy CEO as from April 29, 2016.

-          Mr. Vo Ngoc Phuong replaced Mr. Huynh Kim Nhan as Chief Accountant as from April 29, 2016.
