DLG: Resolution on stake transfer

The Board of Directors of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company approved to transfer all stake at Duc Long Gia Lai Security Service Joint Stock Company (subsidiary of Duc Long Gia Lai Group) to Mr. Bui Phap (Chairman of Duc Long Gia Lai Group). Accordingly, Duc Long Gia Lai Group will transfer 96,000 shares, accounting for 48% of the subsidiary, to Mr. Bui Phap. The value of transfer will be VND960 million.
