DLG: Capital contribution to set up Vietnam DLG CY

Based on the Resolution No.05/NQ-HĐQT dated June 19, 2017, BODs of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company approved the capital contribution to establish the Vietnam DLG CY Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Company name: Vietnam DLG CY Joint Stock Company

-          Address: 149-151 street 9A, Trung son Residence area, Binh Hung commune, Binh Chanh district, Hochiminh city,Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: 2,280,000,000 dongs

-          DLG’s capital contribution: 912,000,000 dongs (contributed 40% of charter capital of Vietnam DLG CY JSC)

-       To appoint Mr. Pham Anh Hung is the representative of stake of Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company in Vietnam DLG CY Joint Stock Company.
