On October 14, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1073/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Dic Investment And Trading Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: October 27, 2016

-          Record date: October 28, 2016

-          Purpose: to pay cash dividends for 2015.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 3.5%/ par value (VND 350/ share).

-          Payment date: November 29, 2016

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Dic Investment And Trading Joint Stock Company (Address: 13 Bis Ky Dong Street, Ward 9, District 3, HCM City) as from November 29, 2016. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
