DHG: DHG transforms 11 subsidiaries into branches

DHG Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company declares the transformation of 11 subsidiaries (including: CM Pharma, HT Pharma, DT Pharma, ST Pharma, A&G Pharma, TOT Pharma, TG Pharma, Bali Pharma, B&T Pharma, VL Pharma, TVP Pharma) from wholly-owned limited companies into branches.

Time for completing transformation data is December 31, 2016. As from January 01, 2017, these subsidiaries will officially go into operation as branches directly owned by DHG Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
