CTD: Notice of share buyback

Coteccons Construction Joint Stock Company announces that it will repurchase 232,500 shares as follows:

-          Number of treasury shares before trading: 66,656 shares

-          Number of shares to be bought back: 232,500 shares

-          Purpose: to revoke the shares which were issued to CTD’s employees

-          Financial resource: capital surplus

-          Trading period: after receiving the approval by the State Securities Commission

-          Trading method: not via the exchange floor

-          Buying price:

• VND35,000/share for the shares issued to CTD’s employees in 2015;
• VND42,000/share for the shares issued to CTD’s employees in the list with the issue price of VND42,000/share in 2016;
• VND70,000/share for the shares issued to CTD’s employees in the list with the issue price of VND70,000/share in 2016.
