CTD: Coteccons wins bid for five projects

Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company has received five projects with the total contract value of 5,453 billion dongs:

1)    Saigon South Serviced Apartments Project

-          Investor: Saigon South Serviced Apartment Co., Ltd. (Mapple Tree) 

-          Value of contract (estimated): 1,244 billion dongs

2)    Masteri Villas Project

-          Investor: Thao Dien Investment Joint Stock Company 

-          Value of contract (estimated): 1,421 billion dongs

3)    City Garden Project – Phase 2

-          Investor: City Garden Apartments Co., Ltd.  

-          Value of contract (estimated): 1,110 billion dongs

4)    Diamond Lotus Project

-          Investor: Phuc Khang Construction and Investment Corporation

-           Value of contract (estimated): 860 billion dongs

5)    Diamond Island Project – Phase 2

-          Investor: Binh Thien An Property Joint Stock Company 

-          Value of contract (estimated): 818 billion dongs
