CSV: Decisions on reappointment the Business Management Titles

On January 04, 2017, South Basic Chemicals Joint Stock Company (CSV) announced about Decisions of the Board of Directors on reappointment the Business Management Titles as follows:

• The Board of Directors of VSC approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Huu Tho as CEO.
• The Board of Directors of VSC approved the appointment of Mr. Hoang Minh Duc as Deputy CEO cum Director of Bien Hoa Chemical Factory as from January 01, 2017.
• The Board of Directors of VSC approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hoai Phu as Deputy CEO as from January 01, 2017.
• The Board of Directors of VSC approved the appointment of Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Diep as Chief Accountant cum Manager of Accounting Department as from January 01, 2017.
