On April 26, 2016, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.492/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing of Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company (stock code: CLW) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: May 19, 2016

-          Record date: May 20, 2016

-          Purpose: to seek shareholders’ approval in writing for the amendment to the Company’s Charter.   

-          Time of implementation: in June 2016

-          Place of implementation: The documents will be sent to shareholders.
