-          Record date:    March 02, 2017

1. To organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting time: 7:45AM, April 28, 2017

-          Meeting venue: Guest House T78, 145 Ly Chinh Thang, Ward 7, District 3, Hochiminh City.

-          Contents:

+ Report the company’s operation in 2016 by BODs & Supervisory Board.

+ Report on the company’s business result in 2016 and plans for 2017.

+ Approving the plan for profit distribution.

+ Approving the choice of auditing company for audited financial statements in 2017

1. To pay third cash dividends for 2016:

-          Exercise ratio: 5.5%/par value (550dongs/share)

-          Payment date: April 28, 2017

-          Place of payment:
