CII: Board resolution _ Feb 15, 2017

Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) announced the Board resolution dated February 15, 2017 as follows:

1. The Board approved to hold the 2017 annual general meeting of shareholders and determine a shareholder list for the meeting.
2. The Board approved to appoint Ms. Nguyen Hong Diep, CEO Assistant, to replace Mr. Nguyen Quyet Chien as Director of Administrative Department.
3. The Board approved the plan for establishment of CII Land by raising CII’s stake at NBB Investment Corporation (NBB) to more than 51%.
