On May 11, 2017, BODs of CII Engineering and Construction JSC approved the personnel change as follows:

1. BODs approved the resignation of Luu Hai Ca as Chief Accountant as from May 16, 2017.
2. BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Bui Xuan Phuoc as Chief Accountant as from May 16, 2017.
