CCL: Board resolution on dividend payment

Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation announced the Board resolution dated August 20, 2015 regarding the stock issuance for dividend payment as follows:

Article 1: To approve:

-          To continue the registration for an issuance of 1,250,000 shares to pay dividends to shareholders

-          The issue time according to the resolution of 2015 annual general meeting: from Quarter 3/2015 to Quarter 3/2015

-          To approve the documents of issuance of 1,250,000 shares.

Article 2: This resolution shall take effect from the date of signing.
