CAV: Board Resolution on Northern CADIVI

On June 27, 2016, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation (CADIVI) approved the following contents:

1)    To decrease the charter capital of Northern CADIVI Joint Stock Company from VND30 billion to VND5 billion.

2)    To adjust the Company’s business lines.

3)    To change the business model of Northern CADIVI Joint Stock Company from a joint stock company to a limited company.

-          New company: Northern CADIVI Co., Ltd.

-          Charter capital: VND5 billion

4)    To appoint the following people to the Board of Members and as the representatives of Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation in Northern CADIVI Co., Ltd. :

-          Nguyen Hoa Cuong

-          Le Quang Dinh

-          Nguyen Dinh Hung

-          Duong Lieu Mai Khanh
