The Board of Directors (BoD) of Construction Investment Corporation 3-2 unanimously approved to pay the second cash dividend for 2015:

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Payment ratio: 12%/par value (VND1,200 for a share)

-          Record date: June 14, 2016

-          Time of payment: June 30, 2016

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Construction Investment Corporation 3-2 as from June 30, 2016.
