Mr. Muneo Sasagawa and Mr. Shuichi Sakai were appointed as Sumitomo Life’s equity representatives at BVH from March 28, 2016 in place of Mr. Yoshiharu Yukihira.

Mr. Yoshiharu Yukihira will be no longer as member of Board of Directors of BVH from March 28, 2016.
