BTT: Board resolution on dividend payment and bonus issuance Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated July 20, 2017 as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to pay the second dividend installment of 2016:
- Payment ratio for the second installment of 2016: 10%
- Payment method: in cash or transfer
- Record date: August 15, 2017
- Payment date: October 06, 2017
Article 2: The Board of Directors approved to pay the first dividend installment of 2017:
- Payment ratio for the first installment of 2017: 8%
- Payment method: in cash or transfer
- Record date: August 15, 2017
- Payment date: December 15, 2017
Article 3: The Board of Directors approved to issue bonus shares to raise the charter capital:
- Record date: August 15, 2017
- Exercise ratio: 200:43 (Those who own 200 shares will receive 43 new shares.)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
For example: At the record date, shareholder A owns 555 shares, the calculation will be: (555 x 43 : 200) = 119.3 shares. After rounding down, the number of shares he really receives is 119 new shares.
