BHS: Resolution on delisting and stock swap

Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (BHS) announces the Board resolution dated June 17, 2017 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved the delisting of BHS shares on Hochiminh Stock Exchange in order to exchange for SBT shares of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company.

-          Last trading date: August 29, 2017

-          Delisting date: August 30, 2017

-          As from September 01, 2017, BHS shares will not be valid for sale and purchase in the market.

2)    The Board of Directors approved a record date for exchange the shares of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company for the shares of Thanh Thanh Cong Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company according to the Merger Agreement dated August 31, 2017.
