BHN: BODs Resolution on the holding of 2017 AGM & change of personnel

Hanoi Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation announced Resolution No.04/NQ-HĐQT dated March 14, 2017 regarding the holding of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and change of personnel as follows:

-     BODs approved the appointment of Mr.Vo Long Binh as Head of Branch of BHN at Hanoi and Director of Hanoi – Hoang Hoa Tham Beer Plant.

-   BODs approved the representative of stake of BHN in Thanh Hoa Beer JSC:

+ The nomination of Mr. Le Nguyen Hung – Deputy Director of Thanh Hoa Beer JSC to supplement to the list of members of BODs.

+ The nomination of Ms. Vu Thi Luyen  - specialist of Finance & Accounting Department to supplement to the list of Supervisory Board of Thanh Hoa Beer JSC.

+ The resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quang Huynh as member of BODs as January 01, 2017.

-    BODs approved the appointment of Mr. Pham Quoc Khanh - Chief of Technique of Ha Noi – Hai Phong Beer JSC as Deputy Director of Ha Noi – Hai Phong Beer JSC.

-   BODs approved the holding of the 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders: expected in from April 27, 2017 to April 29, 2017.
