BGM: Notice of delisting shares on HOSE

On July 11, 2017, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No. 831/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Bac Giang Exploitable Mineral Joint Stock Company (BGM):

-          Number of shares delisted      : 45,753,840 shares

-          Value of shares delisted          : VND457,538,400,000

-          The stock BGM is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No. 247/QD-SGDHCM dated July 11, 2017.

-          Reason: because of the serious violation of disclosure obligations of the listed firm as defined at Point 1.11, Article 26 of the Listing Regulations attached to Decision No. 346/QD-SGDHCM dated 08/23/2016 by HOSE.

Effective delisting date          : August 10, 2017
