The Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) would like to announce the correction to the previous announcement regarding the transaction of company related to the internal person of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company:

1)      According to the announcement dated 04/12/2017: Number of shares registered for purchase: 1,664,167 shares; Estimated trading period: from 04/18/2017 to 05/17/2017.

2)      According to the announcement dated 04/18/2017: Number of shares registered for purchase: 1,664,167 shares; Estimated trading period: from 04/21/2017 to 05/20/2017.

HOSE confirms the information posted on 04/18/2017 is identical to the one posted on 04/12/2017 and cancels the announcement dated 04/18/2017. Therefore, the transaction of Imperial Dragon Investments Limited will be executed as announced on 04/12/2017.
