The BOD approved to invest into 1-5 Automobile Joint Stock Company. Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company will hold less than 49% stake in 1-5 Automobile Joint Stock Company.

The BOD approved to invest into Thanh Vu Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company. Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company will hold less than 40% stake in Thanh Vu Tay Ninh Joint Stock Company.
