ASM: Capital contribution to establish a subsidiary

Based on Decision No.18/QĐ-HĐQT dated June 26, 2017, BODs of Sao Mai Group Corporation approved the capital contribution to establish a subsidiary as follows:

-          Company name: Sao Mai Solar Trading Company Limited

-          Owner: Sao Mai Group Corporation

-          Capital:  20,000,000,000 dongs

-          Approved Mr. Le Thanh Thuan is the representative of the stake of Sao Mai Group Corporation in Sao Mai Solar Trading Company Limited.
