ANC11601: Board Resolution No.450

Agro Nutrition International Joint Stock Company (short name: ANCO) announces Board Resolution No.450 dated April 17, 2017 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors allowed ANCO to transfer a part of capital contributed at some subsidiaries and transfer assets of projects related to livestock feed production for MNS Feed with the underwriting by MNS Feed.
2. The Board of Directors approved the contents relating to the addition of collateral for ANC11601 bonds.
3. The Board of Directors approved to extend the period for collecting bondholders’ opinions in writing.
