AGM: Board resolution

An Giang Import - Export Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated April 15, 2016:

1)      Mr. Nguyen Van Tien was appointed as Chairman of the BOD in the term 2016-2020.

2)      Ms. Dinh Thi Lan Phuong was appointed as CEO in the term 2016-2018.

3)      The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2015 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  June 01, 2016

-          Payment date: June 30, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ Charter  capital
