ACL: SSC approves ACL’s private placement

On June 21, 2016, Cuu Long Fish Joint Stock Company (code: ACL) received an official document from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC). Accordingly, SSC approved the documents of private placement and allowed Cuu Long Fish Joint Stock Company to issue new shares for debt swap.
