ACL: Resolution on the 2017 AGM

Cuu Long Fish Joint Stock Company announces Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2017 dated May 24, 2017 as follows:

1. Approving the business result in 2016 and plan for 2017:

a. The business result in 2016:

-          Charter capital:  227,996,750,000 dongs

-          Net sales and services: 1,289,474,020,241 dongs (achieved 99% of plan)

-          Profit: 24,006,227,447 dongs (achieved 96% of plan)

b. The business plan in 2017:

-          Charter capital:  227,996,750,000 dongs

-          Net sales and services: 1,300,000,000,000 dongs

-          Profit before tax: 25 billion dongs

2. Approving the retaining undistributed profit after tax of 2016 to balance the source financing for business activities.

3. Approving the audited financial statement in 2016 by A&C Consulting and Auditing Co., Ltd

4. Approving the retaining profit after tax of 2017 (if any) to raise the source financing for business activities.

5. Approving the selection a company auditing to audit financial statement in 2017.

6. Approving the appointment of Ms. Tran Thi Van Loan as Chairwoman of BODs cum CEO.

7. Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Van Nhan as member of BODs due to personal reasons.

8. Approving the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich as member of BODs.
