On July 06, the Board of Members of ACB Securities Company Ltd. (ACBS) approved a private placement of bonds in 2016 as follows:

-          Total issue value: VND500 billion

-          Bond term: 01 year

-          Bond interest rate: decided by the CEO after negotiating with investors.

-          Interest payment period: 03 month/time

-          Issue method: private placement

-          Purpose: to raise ACBS working capital
