On November 26, 2015, HOSE announces the record date for the 2015 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment of Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company:

1)    Ex-right date:            December 25, 2015

2)    Record date:             December 29, 2015

 The payment for the 2015 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           6%/ par value (VND600/ share)

Payment date:                          January 25, 2015

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company as from January 25, 2016.
