Articles 1: Board approved to organize the 2017 Annua General Meeting of Shareholders:

-        Meeting venue: at Hai Duong

-        Contents:

+ Approving the business results for 2016 & plan for 2017 business results.

+ Approving the report of the 2016 Board of Directors, Supervisory Board & plan for 2017 operation of BOD and Supervisory Board.

+ Approving the 2016 audited financial statements.

+ Approving the 2017 compensation for Board of Directors & Supervisory Board.

+ Approving the plan for 2016 profit distribution, to pay dividends for 2016 & to estimate the 2017 dividends.

+ Approving the election of Board of Directors.

Articles 2: Board approved a record date for 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

-             Record date: January 12, 2017

-               Reason: to organize the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

-             Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

Articles 3: This Resolution will be effective from December 27, 2016.
