On 02/06/2017, IDICO-Petroleum Trading Construction Investment JSC announced the result of holding the first Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2017, time and place of the second meeting as follows:

Basing on the Minutes of checking the shareholder status for holding Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2017 of IDICO-Petroleum Trading Construction Investment JSC, the attending rate is under 51% of total shares with voting right regulated by Enterprise Law and the Charter of IDICO-Petroleum Trading Construction Investment JSC, so Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2017 of IDICO-Petroleum Trading Construction Investment JSC does not have enough condition to be held.
