every share they own)

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares
of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Head office of Ninh Thuan Water
Supply Joint Stock Company, No. 14 To Hieu, Phan Rang – Thap Cham, Ninh Thuan
on working days from 06/07/2017. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original
copy) are required. In
case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is
further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
In case of receiving dividend via bank transfer,
shareholder send the request sample to Finance Department of Ninh Thuan Water
Supply Joint Stock Company, No. 14 To Hieu, Phan Rang – Thap Cham, Ninh Thuan.
