Approve UPCoM membership

On 30/05/2017, CEO of Hanoi Stock Exchange announced that approve Vinaglobal Securities Company Limited as member of UPCoM as follows:

Article 1: Approve Vinaglobal Securities Company Limited as trading member of Unlisted Public Company Market (UPCoM) and connect online transaction with UPCoM market at Hanoi Stock Exchange.

Article 2: Vinaglobal Securities Company Limited must executive regulations of law on securities business activities, comply with regulations of transaction and Information technology infrastructure that promulgated by Hanoi Stock Exchange.

Article 3: This decision takes effect from signing day. Chief of the secretariat, Chiefs of components belong to Hanoi Stock Exchange and Vinaglobal Securities Company Limited are responsible to implement this decision.
